This was so much fun! Electric blue, hot pink and purple make me thing of the 80's so I combined them for this look. I used DUO lash glue for the bedazzled rhinestones and placed star stickers and eyeshadowed over them and then peeled them off like a stencil. Loved this! I kept the other eye "simple" with just a swipe of electric blue liner and some glitter.
